Well, I mean, tradtionally when you think about it, some actors or musicians would have both. They'd have an agent and the agent would get 15%. And they'd be looking for auditions for them and work. And then a manager might do more things like booking your flights if you have to go somewhere, or taking care of hotel reservations, while also doing some career guidance.
Our goal, especially with Ignite, is to try and do a little bit of both. Obviously, we can't book your hotel reservations but we're going to find you work. And hopefully build a resume that you're proud of so that you can further your career.
